1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Package Details

  • All packages are customizable with fixed departures.
  • Itineraries may change due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural events.
  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

1.2 Communication

  • Any communication regarding bookings, changes, or complaints must be made in writing.

1.3 Accommodation Policies

  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon; early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Children under 5 can stay free with parents but may incur charges for meals.
  • If the selected hotel is unavailable, similar alternatives will be provided.

1.4 Transportation

  • Transportation will be arranged as per the itinerary. Extra charges apply for deviations from the planned route or exceeding time limits.

1.5 Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property or vehicles and any disturbances caused by illegal actions or conflicts.
  • Guests must cover any penalties resulting from such actions.

1.6 Force Majeure

  • Aruno Holidays is not liable for additional costs arising from natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control. Itineraries may be adjusted in such cases.

1.7 Service Availability

  • Guests are entitled to the services listed in the booking voucher.
  • Meal times and service provisions must be adhered to as per hotel guidelines.
  • Complimentary services cannot be converted to cash or other alternatives.
  • Aruno Holidays is not responsible for missed flights, meals, or transfers due to no-shows.

1.8 Documentation Requirements

  • A screenshot of ID proof and payment receipt is required for confirmation.
  • Guests must review and approve the confirmation voucher within 24 hours of receipt.
  • All essential documents (confirmation voucher, ID proof, travel tickets, permits, visa, passport) should be carried during check-in and check-out.

1.9 Disclaimer

  • Aruno Holidays is not accountable for delays or cancellations due to traffic, blocked routes, technical issues, strikes, or unforeseen events.
  • Any complaints should be reported within 7 days of tour completion.

2. Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • The initial token amount is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date will incur a fee of 25% to 50% of the total package cost.
  • Cancellations within 15 days or no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
  • No refunds will be issued for missed or unused services.
  • Aruno Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings if the required advance payment is not made and may withhold refunds for illegal activities or violent behavior.

2.1 Change Policy (Preponement & Postponement)

  • Changes must be requested in writing at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
  • The first change is free; subsequent changes will incur a 15% fee on the total package cost.
  • Changes within 15 days are not permitted unless due to force majeure.
  • Postponed packages are valid for 1 year from the booking date.
  • The booking is transferable, but terms apply to the new traveler.
  • Additional fees may be charged by service providers for changes.

3. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising from Aruno Holidays packages will be resolved in the courts of Haryana.
