At Aruno Holidays, we strive to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences. However, we understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable Token Amount: All bookings require a token amount to confirm the reservation. This amount is non-refundable.
- Cancellations 15 Days or More Before Travel Date: If you cancel your booking 15 days or more before the scheduled travel date, a cancellation fee of 25% to 50% of the total package cost will be applied. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
- Cancellations Within 15 Days of Travel Date or No-Shows: Cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date or no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation request approval. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
3. Missed or Unused Services
- No refunds will be issued for any missed or unused services, including missed flights, meals, or transfers due to no-shows, changes in itinerary, or personal choices made during the tour.
4. Changes and Amendments
- Preponement & Postponement Requests: Changes to your booking must be made in writing at least 15 days before the travel date. The first amendment is free of charge. Subsequent changes will incur a fee of 15% of the total package cost.
- Changes Within 15 Days of Travel Date: Requests to change bookings within 15 days of the travel date will not be accepted unless under exceptional circumstances such as force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest).
- Validity of Postponed Packages: Postponed packages are valid for 1 year from the original booking date. The booking is transferable, but all terms and conditions will apply to the new traveler.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other situations beyond our control, Aruno Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip. Refunds in such cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may be limited.
6. Non-Compliance
Aruno Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings without any refund if the customer engages in illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violence during the trip. The company may also withhold refunds in such situations.
